This is a question that is being asked my some well meaning Ghanaians. I think it does. This is because eyecatching slogans, songs and campaign messages can be culled out of locations of candidates on the ballot paper. We had instances of such in the 2000 general elections with the slogan ‘aseeho’ meaning “buttom” gaining popularity. I am looking forward to this year’s election and how the political parties will capitalise on their location on the ballot paper.
